Vance County Learning Center

This is a great school. Teachers and staff become so involved and actually make coming to school and learning fun. My daughter and granddaughter were fortunate enough to have Ms. Fletcher she was an outstanding teacher who goes over and above for both of them. So thankful for her she is one in a million.

A friend of mine has a child that goes there and has been bullied a few times and nothing is being done by staff....from where I am from, if my child barely hurts himself, im getting a phone call...apparently when your child is being bullied at LB Yancey....the parent isnt even informed. Im sick to my stomach for my friend because the "school" thats supposed to protect children from this matter is failing at every level! Hope your school figures it out cause shes not a happy parent!!!

Crossroads is top rated in my opinion and I give it 5 stars!

This was the best school for me, I'm currently in 9th grade. Best field trips, Good gym, Good teachers (well, in 2015) The academic levels are a 4/5. But other than the horrible school lunches, I recommend this school. Teaches children Proper languages, Math skills will rise from a level 2 towards a level 6.
