Read what parents are saying about Eastern Elementary SchoolI have had a child at Eastern since 2011. We have had a wonderful experience. My oldest has gone on to excel in middle school as well. My other two children wake up excited to go to school each day. They love their teachers and their friends. I could not have asked for a better experience for my children.

Posted by a parent on 2/25/2018My kids spent all of their K-5 years at Eastern. The environment is warm and welcoming, although it is large in size it has a neighborhood feel. They were beautifully prepared to be high level students in middle and high school.
Posted by a community member on 10/17/2017My child has been there for 2 years now and we have had an amazing experience with EES. Everyone is pleasant and amazing. Principal stands in the halls and greets each kid by name in the morning. We love EES!
Posted by a parent on 5/26/2017it seems like reviews are fake and placed by teachers. i tried to meet with principal regarding my concerns and found no support! my son changed 3 teachers in the fall during his kindergarten years, so talk about consistency....ow my son has unpleasant first school experience

The school really does seem to identify the needs of the students as individuals and address those needs by giving additional attention and assistance and/or adding academic challenge into their day! The staff has always created a feeling of "family" and acceptance.. Wahl Coates also has created a culture of character amongst not only their staff but also the students creating a high expectation of kindness and respect..
