Prior to the new administration, I would have given this school a 4.5. However, since the lovely principal retired, the new one leaves a lot to be desired. Franklinville is a caring, devoted to learning, hard working, top quality teachers that work hard to get parents to participate. I believe that the majority of teachers really care about the children and want to see them excel.
