Posted by a parent on 5/14/2018I have 2 kids enrolled with this school, and I like to state that the both are doing well in class. Education wise, this school is OK. Now, when the principle/assistant principle has something to say, they get really nasty in the way they approach you as a parent. My son had problems with bullying and bullying is a problem in his class to the point where I had several meeting with the principles. Unfortunately, I did not get any positive feel that they would take care of this matter. I have spoken to other parents within my sons class who are receiving the same problem with the principles and bullying. Such a shame when a school is supposed to be a great environment in all aspects.

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe have been so happy we landed at adams! The year round schedule has been great for our family. Our son is a rising 1st grader and loves school. He’s been challenged with additional AIG work. All of the teachers and staff seem incredible and have been with the school for a long time. The principal and assistant principals are always visible and involved at events and at times I’ve been at the school. The PTA and parent support at the school is great, too. The teachers really care and the support from staff is amazing. I’ve had a few minor bullying issues but nothing “out of the norm” for kids. The community is wonderful, and events like the spring fair, concerts, etc. were particularly nice in the beginning to help you feel connected and included at Kingswood. The school meets its challenges with incredible hard work, determination, and compassion. I hope that incoming parents continue to be involved - it is so rewarding and really contributes to making the school what it is, from a family perspective.
