Swain County High School

I want to leave this place with everything in me, i have had some very nice teachers yes but overall this place is not the best.

It is so bad it should be shut down and vouchers given to the parents to homeschool

The leadership only perpetuates the schools terrible culture or even worse they reflect it! They discourage outside opinions. They are focused far to much on sports. Even in sports they do not play and treat each athlete equally.

While I wish I could look back on my time at Swain High with fondness, I simply cant. The is due mainly in part to the fact that the administration is a joke, and when I began college many things that are considered basic essentials for doing well in college were not offered during my time there.
