1/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageTeachers and administration seem to always be unorganized. My son and 3 other children where excluded from kindergarten promotion activities. And I basically had to home school my child due to inatentive teachers and lack leadership from the principal. My highly intelligent child was repeatedly place in a class with non verbal, highly challenged children because he has adhd. And the children in exceptional edu. rarely go outside for recess! My child dreads going to school because he doesnt want to be couped up in a classroom with peers who arent intellectually stimulating. Long story short my child was robbed of his kindergarten year and the administration is not being accountable for why my child and a few others slipped thru the cracks. Principal told me that she doesn't micro manage her staff...in other words she has no idea whats going on in their classrooms. Actively looking for a school that has my childs best interest in mind and not whats convenient for the teacher/staff.Parent Review11y ago1 Reviews - Ann Smith Elementary School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageSome of the staff look for potential students to recruit for counseling to make it look like they are doing their jobs. In my opinion they label students based on their personal opinions and views. My child was labeled a threat to the school and was recommended for alternative school all because he was playing like he had a weapon. He was 5 at the time with a speech delay. So when asked about the incident, the teacher traumatized him to the point he could not answer the questions that were being forced on him all at once. He did not understand why he was treated that way and came home the next day begging to stay home because he did not want to go back to school. This could have been a teaching moment. However, the administration wanted to scold him and label him. After that day, things went south and fast. He is currently thriving in school and is loved by all of his teachers. We are blessed to have teachers that actually care and are patient.Parent Review7mo ago9 Reviews - Christ Covenant School

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating Averagethis school lacks organization and causes people to feel left out of the loop or bullied. For a private school it lacks a good education for how much it costs. I honestly would recommend to not go here or send their children here.Other Review7mo ago2 Reviews - St Andrew's Episcopal School

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI cannot say enough good things about St. Andrew's. I have two children who attend currently. It is a great school - rigorous academics, but also so many other options for student activities exist here, whether its through athletics, clubs, the arts, or service. St. Andrew's provides a well-rounded education that serves the whole child and is a wonderful and supportive community for its families.Parent Review2y ago13 Reviews - Madison-Ridgeland Academy

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAcademically, this school is not superior to public school. If you are seeking smaller class sizes, a school uniform policy, mandatory religion classes & the least expensive tuition in the area, this is your pick. Don’t expect a superior education here! Seeking superior academics? Hands down, enroll your kiddo at Saint Andrews or Jackson Prep.Parent Review7y ago6 Reviews
