Good school and community as well. Many activities for kids

This school is so horrible. Roaches, uneducated teachers, disengaged office staff. Scabies. Omg we have been here 6 months and have already made the decision to move when schools out. This school took all the kids sweaters, jackets, etc and put them in one large garbage bag during this scabies infestation. Lord help us if they open that bag to return these children's things. An epidemic is what we will have.

I hated when we moved from another state from top of the notch/10 thumbs up school to this area and the Canton Public High School. I pulled my child out his Sr year and he finished studies thru a vocational-training school. He was able to get his diploma, graduate on time and utilize his training for a career. It was terrible in 2005 when my child was going there. Happy to know the state took over. Maybe it will be better. I pray people read the reviews on schools and especially this one before enrolling your child. I would homeschool before I put my other 2 kids here. Happy to have moved from Canton.

I taught there 94-99. This was not a fun job. Don't get me wrong I had some great Kids that went on to college and better things. But they had to leave canton to get there. I taught JROTC. If the school could get rid of the trouble makers things could improve. They don't. They use to send the problem makers to the gym and play basket ball all day. From what I'm reading nothing has changed and maybe has gotten worse. I feel sorry for the children that come there to learn, they are the ones who get short changed.

This school is very very bad! As 2009 and up this school has fallen apart at its feet, they now have all new teachers The good teachers have left the school to the new kids who are coming for the new set of teachers who have to put up with the raggedy administration. Since I've left this school and even when I went to this school, I hated to even impose the fact that I go to CHS. The kids there run this school, favoritism is HUGE for any kind of relationship with a teacher or staff member. The badder you are the more known and praised you are for any and everything. This school has alotta work to be done. State has taken over and eventually the school might have to be shut down like the, Thomastown HS. Bad, incessant play in the office and halls, No one there takes anything serious enough. I dont even want to put one star on the school.
