Fairmount Elementary School

My child attended K through half of 5th grade. I had to pull her from this school because the principal, her teacher, and other staff did not protect my child from harassment and bullying. In stead, they kept the children in the same classrooms, cafeteria tables, and refused to monitor activity on the playground. My child numerous times would come to faculty for help but she would be turned away. The principal did nothing to mitigate any ongoing issues. It lasted for five months before I had to reluctantly pull her from this school. Our experiences K through 4th were largely positive. The newer staff here are largely cold, callous, and heartless. Lacking empathy, patience, or emotional awareness of any kind.

We started at Child of God when we were looking for a preschool that offered half days for our 2 yr old. We had heard great things about the school on social media and from family members that attended the school. That 2 year old is now in Kindergarten. And we have another little one in the preschool 3s class. I can’t say enough great things about the school and am always telling others who are looking for a school, to check it out! Every single teacher and staff member we have encountered has been so kind and welcoming. The preschool teachers are all very compassionate and loving towards the kids, and you can truly tell they all love what they do. Both of my kiddos love going to school! My child was well prepared for Kindergarten and is now excelling through it, with the help of the absolutely amazing Kindergarten teacher. I am blown away with my child’s abilities in math, and learning to read, spell, and recognize words already, in this first half of the school year. Child of God also has resources if your child needs some extra help. My child was able to be evaluated by Leaps and Bounds and set up with OT during the school day if needed. We are looking forward to watching our children grow at Child of God and gain the knowledge, and personality characteristics to pave the way for a great future.

We have been at the school for six years now. We looked at larger schools in the area, but felt lost in the crowd. The teachers and staff at All Saints are amazing. They all know the kids. The teachers are so knowledgeable and ready to help your child learn. We love being at All Saints, it is a wonderful community!
