N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageGreat school with great Academics. My daughter has a unique passion for learning that she developed in this school. They teach them to love Christ and do what honors Him. Their mutli-grade approach encourages independence, self-confidence and further their academic knowledge. Very good school.Parent Review6y ago - Christian Academy Of Greater St Louis

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMaking the move to private education was the best thing we did for our family. CA has provided a safe, stable, challenging, and loving environment for my children. I have so much respect for the staff who invest so much in every student. The small class sizes have been a huge benefit and we were blown away by the teachers' willingness to stay after school, provide extra tutoring, and help our children when they were struggling in a certain area. While they do not have IEPs, every area of a student's education is reviewed and adjusted for each child giving them their best chance at success. Coming from public schools, we were shocked at the difference in their educational standards for children their age. They do everything with excellence and hold our children accountable in every area of their schooling. I am forever grateful for the family culture that they have established and the positive changes in our children. If you are looking for an excellent education with a biblical foundation, I would highly recommend CA! We have never been happier!Parent Review3mo ago - Our Lady Of Guadalupe School

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWorst Private School Experience, we do not recommend OLG School. Our child had an IEP which we understand is not treated the same on the Private school level. But, despite us emailing the school that there was an IEP and the school from last year sending over school records. They were not aware of the IEP or so they claimed. Our child was bullied by another student and for some reason the School did not feel it was a big deal. There are no discipline procedures in place (i.e. 1st occurrence in school suspension, 2nd occurrence suspension, up to and including expulsion). Instead there seems to be more of a focus on profits/tuition. An expelled child means less revenue, so regardless of your child having issues, it will be swept under the rug. Escalating concerns to the administrative office falls on unconcerned territory....requests for meetings get placed on the backburner. We felt that the tenured students got preferential treatment when issues are reported and new students get detained and questioned as if they were the instigator. We did not have a good experience with OLG, it was nothing but stress and a high level of disregard. Even up to and including requesting to withdraw our child. FACTS, which is the tuition company would not close the account per our request and the school needed to notify FACTS. We were still receiving statements from FACTS, we never contacted FACTS to setup the payment plan, the school set it up on our behalf. We ended up involving the Attorney General to get some type of resolution. All that happened was that the Archdiocese legal counsel sent a very sarcastic reply that they are not obligated to work with FACTS to close accounts. We had spoken with another family that had issues with OLG not closing their FACTS account and they were not able to get transcripts for their children, it was long drawn out issue and we did not want to be in that scenario and tried to stay on top of the issue. The dismissal is very unorganized when it is cold or raining. One day you walk in and can go a certain route to pick up your child. Literally, the next day if you try going the same route some self-entitled staff member will scold you like you are a student and tell you not to walk that way and to go another way. They make up rules as they go along. We sent an email to the regional director in Dec 2023 and her auto reply said she was out in July 2023. We are sure families love OLG, we are not one of those families!Parent Review2mo ago - St. Ann Catholic School

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageOverall, we love St. Ann! We transferred from another area Catholic school due to the former school's non-commitment to safety and structure to my child. I only wish we had known about St. Ann sooner!! My child started off play soccer against, then for St Ann. We were so impressed with the students and familys, we made the decision to transfer to St. Ann. My child does not feel like an outsider because she started St. Ann in grade 3, but like a valued addition. She has made friends fast with both her grade and others.Parent Review6y ago - Gateway Legacy Christian Academy
