Watertown-Mayer has been a great fit- not too big; not too small. LOTS of opportunities for students to be involved in athletics AND clubs/ organizations. Great for kids to be able to try new ways hints and discover their passions!

Do not go to this school if your child is in sports. Horrible football coaches. They do not know how to coach, don't play the better players, play who they like and have only won one game in two years. Good players, but such poor coaching.

All the teachers are related or know someone. Horrible football coaching. They have new coach and haven't won a game in almost 2 years. Good players that need a good coach. They don't play the best players. They play who they like. It's sad!

We went to school here for part of grade 5, all of grade 6, and part of grade 7. Some teachers were great, others were not. School administration and their supporting board leaves much to be desired. If you are looking for a place that handles things fairly, communicates to parents, or students feel supported, safe, and cared for, look elsewhere. They also do not uphold or connect parents of children with existing IEPs with the public school appropriately. Through our journey we found there is no oversight and management of this school and if you ask or share a concern for parents not being looped in when something is said to, impacts, or directed at your child, the board and principal will end your enrollment. There are much better options out there!
