Unable to follow state guidelines when it comes to IEP’s. Repeatedly had to be on top of the special ed department to get documentation within specific timeframes. The teachers are skilled at bringing students back up to and beyond grade level (following COVID's long roadblocks to education). The support staff is attentive and sensitive to the needs of the students. The students love Randolph Heights and its supportive community, which is always pushing them to do their best. I didn't think we would like it because it's big, but it feels like a small, tight community. Parents are active and supportive. Teachers and leadership are AMAZING.
