Richfield Stem School

The school is generally a great place to send your kids, they make sure you have everything you need. Coming from a former student the education is great, and the teachers make sure you understand everything they're teaching and help you if you don't. I got bullied quite a lot, but kids are always like that. 100% recommended!

Our daughter was part of the first class at RDLS. She graduated from Richfield High School in 2020. She received a platinum seal of biliteracy from the city. When she entered college she was well prepared and was able to enroll in higher level Spanish classes. She will double major with Spanish being one of them. In addition, she has completed an internship in Spain. We believe these opportunities are due to the foundation she received at RDLS.

This is an amazing school with dedicated staff who are committed to providing exceptional and rigorous academics while also supporting the social and emotional needs of my child. The school culture is very positive and the learning environment is focused and disrupted by negative student behaviors. Students are rewarded and celebrated weekly through Community Meetings. I highly recommend!

Our family had an awful experience at this school. What we were told during our tour and initial visit did not match our actual experience. We did not feel welcome, there were little to no attempts to make us feel a part of a community as was promised during our initial meeting. Our child’s educational needs were not met and they came home feeling ashamed, as if there were doing something wrong. It was heartbreaking to see them not only struggle, but also see the impact it had on their self esteem.
