Curriculum is not followed by some teachers and the principal doesn’t enforce the rules or requirements. IEP’s are not always followed. I feel fortunate that we are able to receive such amazing programming at a public school. Certainly not perfect, but focused and continually striving to be a place worthy of the trust of parents and guardians in reinforcing the character and excellence that this world is hungry for in emerging leaders. Our children's lives and trajectories were deeply impacted in a positive way by this place. All have now graduated from LCA. We have no regrets with investing for our kids in this place. It’s a fascinating approach to education that’s taught my two kids a wide variety of skills while instilling in them values to be a positive member in the community. The more o read about the method, the more I believe it should be the standard educational method.
