Went there for three years, worse time of my life. Principles did basically nothing to create safe places for kids and teachers. Students were racist, homophobic, and nobody did anything to help. Any teacher that actually wanted to help kids was either laid off or left because of bad admin condition

Posted by a student on 4/18/2024Highly do not recommend sending your child here! Terrible administration that picks on students. They will paint you out to be somebody you’re not and treat you differently than the other students. Staff has repeatedly broken FERPA laws and surprisingly has had no repercussions. They need to be sued

Posted by a parent on 4/19/2019Delano Senior High School has many very attentive teachers, a top-rate fitness center, a very good sports program, many computers, and a decent teacher-to-student ratio. In the last 7 years, drugs have become a huge problem.

Our standards are high and we’ve been very pleasantly surprised. From the teachers, to the administration, and the “Tiger Way” our sons have LOVED their experience as have we. NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageTalk about a diamond in the rough. This gem doesn't need any polishing. The time-honored buildings mask a vibrant faith-filled learning community. The families are friendly and welcoming. I have never seen a more caring and dedicated staff. My daughter has been at St. Max since preschool and is now in 3rd grade.
