My child has begin to disrespect her family and her friends due to what she is learning at the school everything that she's learned in first grade she has already learned in kindergarten
Posted by a parent on 5/22/2017Erickson is a good environment BUT the academics is lacking. My son gets Straight A's and he never brings homework home and I never see him reading any books. My son is bright but it seems he hardly tries and get A's. i will probably move him to Lincoln middle because Ypsi middle is worse.

They are challenged and the best is brought out in them. With the academic challenge, and spiritual growth HVCS could stop there but they don't. All the staff, and in particular my daughter's teacher and the principal, are exceptionally kind and engaged. The school offers an unusually high degree of individualization and support. My daughter has autism and ADHD, and they were eager to make accommodations for her. Each student is known by all the staff and have a comfortable report with their teachers.
