Horrible the worse I ever seen my son will not be back find another school
Posted by a parent on 4/16/2025My children have been going to Edison since 2018. They entered into Kindergarten and my oldest is now in the 4th Grade. I’m very pleased with the staff. The teachers are really involved in the students lives. They communicate very well and make sure the parents are updated with what is going on. The

The current Principal thinks she is God and doesn't like to listen to any parent or child. She is only involved with the special needs children and just "deals" with the others. My daughter was severely bullied her whole time here and nothing was done about it. I know about a girl who was pushed off a piece of playground equipment by a special needs child (broke he arm requiring surgery) and only a small suspension was given as he was special needs. Most of the teachers, IMO, just want to get through the school year. My daughter rarely had homework. Very little teacher/parent conversations even though I was trying to be involved. The PTA goes above and beyond and makes this school feel like a family. And for anyone wondering - they have done a remarkable job handling the safety of all throughout COVID.
