We have been at Washington for 5 years now, and it's great! The teachers are wonderful and the parents who volunteer are amazing. My kids always look forward to school because the PTO events, teachers and staff.

The school is new to us this year and my daughter really has enjoyed it. We really could use the money to plan more events and better the equipment that is there. We came from a school with a beautiful computer lab. Something like that would really benefit the kids.

This school is awesome! There is so much parent involvement. The principal has his performance rated by the parents/staff and really cares about being the best leader possible. I made it a point to transfer all of my kids to Duncan as the teachers pay attention to the kids learning needs. If your child is a fast learner, they will create a special curriculum to keep the child engaged and not get bored. They have designated teachers for children with special needs. The teacher is with the child during the day to guide and provide assistance. 7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school is amazing!! Mr. Ellis the principal is the glue of this school. He makes the kids so happy and he’s always involved in the school activities. This school has zero tolerance for bullying. The teachers at Beacon Tree are more than average teachers they are above average; so amazing and all really care about our children. If they notice your child need a little more support academically they will offer extra help for your child. If anything happens in class or outside of class the teachers communicate with parents right away. The front office staff are amazing also. Front office staff are always sweet, caring and smiling. Whenever I go In there they know every child’s name and treat them with the most respect and always kind. Kids love going to the office lol.
