Posted by a parent on 5/11/2021My son have been there for 2 years neither teacher did what they told us they would or wanted to do for are child. Call to talk to principle at 7 in morning get a return phone call after 5pm in evening their the for a check no regard for children or parents. Would not recommend this school.
Posted by a parent on 10/1/2020I love Sherwood. They are bigger than the other elementary schools in the area, but the principal still learns every student's name. They have quality teachers. The office staff is so kind and helpful.

You can meet new friends.And if you have any disabilities the teacher would come and help you. And the fun things are closer to the end of the school year. There are many fun surprises waiting for the kids who come to the school. There are never any problems at the school. There are no fights or stuff like that.There are many fun field trips to places, including some plays. NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageIn the beginning it wasn't bad. Over the course of the year there were some changes that we weren't exactly thrilled about. After the 2nd year there, bullying was a very big issue that was not dealt with. We opted for a private school to avoid these problems, only to deal with them more so than we had when our kids were in public school. Staff refused to handle the situation, even the teacher was disappointed in the principals lack of concern and correction.
