Keller Elementary

The staff is amazing!!!! They go above and beyond for the students. The PTA does so much for the kids and staff. It really is like school family so that last review we all have that one Aunt. I love the school you will too!

I was surprised to see the rating is so low for this school. My son has been at hiller for 3 years now. He loves his school. His teachers. The principle is amazing. His test scores are high. He gets along with all his classmates. It's a great place and I highly recommend it.

I have raised 2 adults and currently have a child in this school. I can say with 100% certainty this is the worst school I have ever a encountered. The adults are the biggest bullies. Teachers harass and admonish children who do not play with the teacher's favorite students. Children are forced to play with violent children who consistently attack and threaten other kids, even against the parents wishes. Unruly children are allowed to control the classroom, teachers and other students, down to how other students play. The only saving grace is the principal, Vanessa, who actually cares about the students. Unfortunately, the teachers willfully and blatantly ignore her directives and continue pushing their own personal beliefs onto students, even if it strictly goes against the parent's wishes and upbringing style. The teachers should pay more attention to what's going on in their classrooms and gain control of the students, instead of trying to be their parents. They have lose kids and have the nerve to get defensive when called out on it. My child has some amazing friendships in this school and that is the only reason why they are still there. I would never recommend this school to anyone.

While it has been a few years since my children attended four corners, I feel that this review is necessary, especially for the school to be aware of the depth of my disappointment. I had three children attend four corners at the same time. My oldest son was a special needs student which they could not accommodate. And he ended up having to drop out because they simply could not provide any special needs or special education services My daughter recently let me know that she had been inappropriately touched by another student while attending. And perhaps I cannot directly hold the school responsible. I still feel that that effort should have been made to mitigate this kind of risk And finally my youngest who I happen to see be pushed by his teacher while I was walking by the hallway. And overall my youngest was at times treated unfairly. For example, at one point he was falsely accused by another student and the teacher, without really looking into the matter was the culprit. Meanwhile, overall, the school administration lacked either the resources or the prioritization to address my parent concerns. Throughout the times that I was there. They were slow to respond. Thanks!
