Posen Elementary provides a fantastic environment for the success of all students. The teachers, support staff, and community members work cooperatively to support students in their quest for academic achievement, good citizenship, and healthy living.

Posen is a small rural school with teachers and staff who care about each and every student, even when that child isn't one in their particular class. Posen runs more like a family. Disagreements among students are quickly resolved with little incident. The small size of the school allows deeper relationships between students.
