My 2 kids are loving going to Haverhill! Starting with the Principle; Mr.Zonts truly loves his job, thr school, and students. He is always very visible and involved with daily activities. He does communication meets every morning, so parents know whats going on. The Teacher are supportive for the students and we have had great experience with all but 1 in 5 years. The PTO, is amazing! They are always planning activities for the students to do and getting Everyone no matter who or where your from involved. Haverhill deserves way higher then a 4 rating!! Morea like 9/10

Community, family, amazing staff, and a wonderful education makes St. Monica School an easy choice. There are inherent values, manners, and kindness taught daily that will allow children to excel for years to come. I am not being hyperbolic when I say Kalamazoo Country Day School changed my family's life. After I initially toured the school, I got into my car and cried tears of relief that I had found this school. Before we switched to KCDS, my daughter used to cry every day about going to school and it broke my heart. After 2 days at KCDS, she was excited to go to school and actually came home happy. The school takes a very positive and child led approach that aligns with my parenting style. My daughter kind of marches to the beat of her own drum, and KCDS welcomes that instead of just forcing rote compliance. When issues do (rarely) arise, her teacher partners with me and approaches things so positively. As an educator myself, one of the things I love most about the school is that the teachers actually seem HAPPY and passionate about their jobs. I am so grateful for the rich specials options and opportunities for parent involvement. I was pleasantly surprised at the diversity and affordability and the fact that they offer childcare during holiday breaks and summer takes so much drama out of our life. If I could create my dream school, this would be it.
