Blesch Intermediate School

Teachers are well focused and caring. Great experience visiting the school with my son. I LOVED that the school invited kids to voluntarily perform the Pledge of Allegiance before school started. I wish all schools would teach patriotism at young ages like this.

The staff is wonderful and my daughter has excelled since she began attending here. They welcome parents anytime and keep them involved. They also care about each and every child.

The elementary has a good staff. The principal is young and clueless, but the experienced staff makes up for him. The art program is good. The Middle and High School are terrible with a very weak staff. They get teachers that retire at Marinette or Menominee and don't care. They are old and lazy.The athletic director is a very bad person who is mean and literally hates everyone. She has taken a good sports program and put it in the ground. The college credit program is outdated and expensive. The class offerings are the same as 35 years ago.

This school is great! It just reopened this year as a 4k & 5k school. It's been completely updated with all new advanced systems and teaching aids. iPads, laptop computers, wifi, interactive electronic whiteboards and much more. The library is well stocked with new age appropriate books and quiet reading environments. The teaching and principle staff seems completely energized and excited to teach these young minds. The investment in this school is such a positive thing for the entire school district and surrounding districts as well. It's poised to kick off a fun learning experience for kids. Technology is getting and maintaining the kids interests. I can only hope that this focus can radiate out to the rest of the community.
