Posted by a parent on 8/16/2016I have not had any issues with Norhtwest. The teachers are awesome. Hard work keeping track of all those kids. I don't mind making contributions of hand sanitizer, kleenex and wipes to my kids' classes. I know their budget is limited. To the teachers at Northwest...thanks for all you do.
Posted by a parent on 11/7/2011Didn't get a warm, fuzzy feeling from this school. Therapists have more power than the teachers, much like a charter school. Principal is a very nice person, but doesn't follow up on promises. We did really like some of the specials teachers, though.

There is lunch staff issues, fire hazards during the lunchtime for 5th graders folding tables stacked in a way that would prohibit the students to exit the lunch room safely. The principal is great and engages with students. They have been really good with communication and keeping us updated in our kids progress and what’s going on in the school.
