Unfortunately this school has had a tolerance for a certain teacher mistreating, yelling and isolating certain students. There has had to be absolutely 0 accountability taken on the adults end. The principal is extremely stubborn and has no intentions of working with guardians to resolving said issu
Posted by a community member on 2/13/2026Sibley Elementary is a hidden gem on the West Side. We switched when moving to the neighborhood in 2021. The Principal leads a great team of Teachers, Office Admins, Nutrition Services Workers, Cleaners, Counselors and Support Staff.. It really does feel like family. It is a beautiful thing to send
Posted by a parent on 3/19/2025Some areas really good especially the IEP team along with speech therapy along with occupational therapy did great job. But ultimately terrible because of the attitudes of staff about children's behaviors and bullying being swept under the rug proverbially.
