The teachers and staff go above and beyond in their teaching and caring for the students at Mary A. White. My children loved their teachers at Mary A. White and I believe their education and experiences there will set them up for success in their academics and as a caring human.

My children are loved, supported, and flourishing. When they come home from school and play school with dry erase markers on my windows, I know they’ve spent their day with people who have inspired them.

My daughter is currently attending here, she is the third generation to go here. I love how the classes are smaller and her teacher gives one on one attention to all the students where they need extra help. All the teachers are very caring and take an active role in their students.

Poor safety practices. No policy on letting students leave with an unnamed adult. No ID's checked for relatives or friends. Parents allowed to enter the school for morning dropoff makes things very chaotic and also unsafe. Background checks on parent helpers not performed until a couple weeks into the school year when parents were already entering the school. Kids allowed outside in loud thunder and pouring rain and also when the temps are 4 degrees out. They only cancel recess if it's 0 or below and the recess is 25 minutes long. Seems harsh to me. Also a student got trapped in an outside bin by other kids and no one noticed for a good part of recess because there is little supervision at recess. Overall I am concerned for the students safety at this school.
