Knowing my son wasn't ready they pushed him forward to the next grade level despite being asked to retain him. He tested at a first grade level when entering the 3rd grad
Posted by a parent on 1/7/2025A small community school with heart and character. The staff's priority is the students' well being and education. Students are made to feel loved and safe. And because of that , they can learn their academics without worry. Awesome experience.

There are multiple tutoring opportunities available at no cost. The high school offers AP courses, as well as offering dual enrollment. I’ve seen countless neighbor children graduate through the district and thrive at the university level. The environment at the Huron School District really helps students to develop a love of lifelong learning.
