Any students not originally from this area or the UP in general are treated unfairly, abused by staff and students, the parents are harassed, treated like they do not belong in the area at all and talked down to or even about. The decent staff they get that works with the kids or stands up against b

If your not related to faculty or have a child who is in sports I highly recommended going elsewhere and living elsewhere. As far as welcoming new students or children with learning disabilities is nonexistent.

We have had a series of unfortunate experiences at Ewen Trout Creek school. We have also found policies and procedures to be inconsistent. We have also found this small school to treat students who have parents teaching at the school differently than outsiders. The superintendent is related to many

Too much bullying and a non existing zero tolerance policy. The disciplinary actions are unfair and not consistent. I would advise anyone moving to the area to look for a different school district in a different county. Too small and everyone is related and therefore any outsider is not accepted.
