Maybury Elementary School

Speaking from truthful experience, this school was a major reason why my religious views have changed greatly. The Catholic church seems to only be interested in money, going as far as taking payments inside. I didn't know it became a bank.... Also, having been forced to attend this school for 7 long miserable years, I went through a lot. Picked apart almost on a daily basis by the school counselor as well as many students. I couldn't of been a more respectable or kind student to everyone, but still was targeted for whatever reason. My time here was torturous, but in the end I'm grateful to have found truth and solace in my chosen religion, which is far from Catholicism. And the racial injustice here is through the roof if you're Caucasian or Asian. The bullying problem is ignored, despite their claims otherwise.

My experience at AOA was extremely disappointing. I was made to repeat a year despite having better grades than many students who passed, and the teacher told me I shouldn't be repeating. The only reason I was held back was because my mom argued with the receptionist, and they refused to give her the meeting she requested to help me move forward. I was expelled for something I admit was my fault, and when I returned the next year, they told me I couldn't come back because I was 'too old,' even though there are seniors who are older than me. This school's unfair treatment and lack of transparency are unacceptable.

Horrible. So disappointed. Id never recommend this school to anyone

This is a Great school and they have wonderful teachers, some are bilingual. All are there to help you no matter what is your need.
