I have been in Hanley most of my life I actually just graduated this year and it’s amazing. To be honest I barely had any help with anything while growing up as a kid from my family but Hanley kinda became my family, my second home. They also teach really good. I have some friends that I know are going to do amazing in the future ,and I know I will be too. In conclusion it’s an amazing school that u really get attached to.

It's a great team of motivated individuals working under a determined leadership, playing their part in educating kids to ensure lifelong success. It's a great place to grow and excel.

Happy I switched my kids school to Barber Preparatory Academy. The staff is familiar with kids on a first name basis. They let the kids know they love and care for them. Teaches use class Dojo, communication is good between parents and staff. It’s my kids second year with the school and will continue.

My son Jamal get bullied constantly. He overweight and disabled yet nun happenin. ill b makin sho tha board hears bout this.

Frederick Douglass is an amazing school. All of the teachers have advanced degrees three are doctors and one of them also instructs at the University of MIchigan Ann Arbor Campus. The school offers many opportunities for the students i.e. internships, college courses, sports (State Champions), and broadening excursions. Frederick Douglass is a best kept secret.Parent
