All of the teachers and staff are mature professional and courteous. We moved here from the east side of the state and noticed no drop in quality. If you are a nice person with a nice child you will have a positive experience. If you bring an unruly ADHD child to this or any school you will have a poor experience. As far as the community is concerned the people are very nice and down to earth.

I hate this school district. I have only found one teacher that has actually cared about my child. I know there is alot but this teacher has cared about everyone of their kids in that class. Every teacher has TOLD me to medicate my child cause they dont have time to deal with a child with so much energy. Principal knows of some problems but have never heard back on how things were handled. Huge bullying problem. And if your family hasnt grown up here then your made to fell that you and your child doesn't belong here. A highschool click mentality for the whole town.

I totally agree. Im not sure what has happened through the years. The parapro helpers are rude and the teachers just dont care anymore. The principal is a coward, who refuses to call concerned parents back.

I am a parent, I have three students in Delton Kellogg elementary. The teachers and staff are absolutely wonderful! They want you children to succeed successfully, and excel above expectations. They work with every child to make sure their needs are met, and no child is ever left out!

My son graduated from Delton I was and will always be happy we had school of choice and removed him from Plainwell. He was an honor student however the continual problems being swept under the rug n Plainwell was becoming a concern. I loved Delton as people are more or less farmers that bring the respect, of their kids, etc. into the school. Yes they do not have a pool, but with all travel activities for kids was not our biggest obstacle. He grew up with morals and etchics and respect of their fellow citizens this is the school.
