All four of my children go to Geiger and I've never had a school help supper and make sure my children are OK they have what they need there is always someone to talk to if you have questions and of course the teachers really bond with their students and want nothing but the best for all of them and

Posted by a parent on 6/13/2013I am an out of district parent and i jumped through hoops to get my son there. Right now my 6 year old son's 1st grade RIT scores are 240 in math, and 199 in reading. This is partly due to him be a bright boy, but it also has a lot to do with his teacher, and the principal!

1/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageSo far I could not ask for a better school for my special needs children if you have a child with special needs and an IEP McMahon is the school for you I know the test scores are low but you have to take into account that they have more special needs children than all the other Lewiston elementary schools so by logic their scores will be lower cause unfortunately most children in McMahon don’t make it there before they are swept under the rug by other schools for a few years my oldest is one of those children I have been fighting for daytreatment since kindergarten he’s in the 4th grade and has just started at McMahon this year as for my youngest son he was luckily accepted at pine tree society early learning center and had an IEP thru CDS so he went straight to McMahon from pre K but he was in pre K for 2 yearsParent Review7y ago - St Dominic Academy
