School has gone downhill, no parent engagement, low academics.

I really wouldn’t recommend this school to anyone. Majority of the staff always have an attitude especially the front desk staff. It’s disgusting. They have mice running all around the school, the ceiling is missing because they decided to do an HVAC system replacement during the school year. So dangerous and unprofessional. Problems are never addressed in a timely manner until something serious happens.

Cons: Tons of behavioral problems with students, fights in the cafeteria every day, tons of bullying, and too many inexperienced teachers with no control of classrooms. Consider a private school: Arlington Baptist or Sacred Heart. Do your child and family a favor. Do not enroll your children at New Town ES.

I used to be a student there big NOO,first the office workers one of the meanest people I ever met. The girls bathroom doesn’t have a locker at the main hall and that’s been the same since forever! But the boys bathroom do, the water dispenser never got changed the and grew mold , where the water comes out. The teachers were good could be better! And the employees are the worst they are lazy and don’t care about students. And the principal was nice but doesn’t care about the students! That’s it’s bye
