There are a few good teachers in the upper grades, but then there are others that seem to be either uncertified or substitutes. Also, there is no control over student behavior. The administration is not transparent about what is going on in the school, especially with funds. The test scores are low because they’re not teaching a students nor getting the kids to help that they need. The principal doesn’t know or interact with the kids and she’s been there for over 18 years and we wonder why this school has low test scores. I have watched him grow in math adding and counting in a short period of time this tells me how focused the teachers are because sometimes he loses focus. My grandson is in the first grade school will end in 3 days and he will promoted to the 2nd grade. I would like to thank the patience teacher's you are making a wonderful difference.
