If you send your children to this school you are setting them up for nothing but failure. School dismisses violent bullying and mistreatment.
Posted by a community member on 4/5/2026poor, there are no consequences for unacceptable behavior, there is very little respect from students DUE TO THIS ,life lesson # 1 (there are ALWAYS consequences for the choices you make ,whether you are 4 or 104. I feel that Gilpin manor will lose a lot of good teachers due to this decision.

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school is great. The staff is amazing from the office staff to the cafeteria workers and janitors. Everyone is friendly. They treat everyone like family. The principal has a huge role in that. The kids could do better, not at school. But at home. The parents need to engage to help the kids remember what they learned. 3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe teacher doesn't seem to have a lot of consistency. The reviews I have gotten have been very basic and say my son doesn't do x but he has been doing that milestone since before starting(just as an example ). I have not been very impressed with the organization and they seem to be more focused on the title 1 portion than actually pushing students to go above and beyond the basics. I volunteered here for as long as my kids attended this school and always felt welcomed. It's a great school for your children as long as you are doing your part too.
