NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI was very skeptical about the new administrators at first, but now I really see some change going on in the school. A lot of teachers left that didn't really care about the kids. And the climate is nice and calm as soon as you walk in the doors. Good job principal Cole and Spears!Other Review8y ago7 Reviews - Furman L. Templeton Elementary School

2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageStudents at Harlem Park E/M School get an exceptional experience at an inner city school. The students are exposed to cultural, educational, and social experiences that they would not have otherwise. Every effort is made to ensure the success of all students through whole group and individual instruction. All students experience a family atmosphere that make them want to be a part of this school. Every student and family is important and supported.Other Review1y ago2 Reviews - James Mosher Elementary School

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI absolutely love this school! I hate the fact that it only goes to the 2nd grade. This was not a good decision Baltimore City Board of Education. Principal Dendinger, is the best he always response to emails he even called me late at night due to a concern I had with my son. My son has been going there since Pre-K. I have a special needs child and their Special Educations teachers are amazing. All of the staff are amazing and they truly love these kids. My child receive services through the school such as PT, OT, SLP they are amazing with there feedback and resources. Also, they really showcase these kids talents during Christmas and Black History performances. It’s a small school but it’s amazing school and I really wish it went to at least the 5th grade. They also have the Judy Center for babies to 5 years old. And then they have the community closet for clothes, I was able to give away my son’s old school uniforms and other clothes. It feels good to send my child to school and not have to worry about him.Parent Review1y ago3 Reviews - John Eager Howard Elementary School

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating Averagewell where should I start..over the years its changed back in the day it was a good school I use to go to this school as a child and thought my child could attend now boyyyyyy was I wrong! my child was attacked by another child after a previous attack in the classroom with the same child my 1st grade child asked to go to the bathroom and when he exited the restroom stall that same child attacked him with a pencil just under his left eye my baby could've lost his eye or worst and this school never reported anything tried to have school police lock me up like I cared. by law we are required to send our children to school I called the board of education they told me to call child protection services that was ridiculous I'm not going to ever be that person. these people need to held at the same standards as parents when things happens to people children while being in school as parents we are held accountable even when we don't actually see what happens so should be the school staff and others. my child was very withdrawn after thatParent Review8mo ago2 Reviews
