I can’t say enough good things about the Woodville School! The teachers, principal and PTO are all top notch!! The school communications are excellent and the secretary up front is a parent favorite :) The PTO hosts numerous events throughout the year for students and parents. Most field trips are free because of the fabulous PTO fundraisers. This school had a bad rep about 8-10 years ago because of a past principal. This school has come a long way and it is currently (by far) the best school in Wakefield. US Reports rates this school #1 in Wakefield as well. Go Bears!

West School is the best! Dr C and all of the teachers are fantastic. This is a true neighborhood school where everybody feels like family. All staff are warm and welcoming. The teachers are dedicated and love the kids. Parents are very involved and are welcomed by the school. We only left because we moved out of the state. We already miss this place and are worried our new school will never compare.

Teachers aren’t that great. Some teachers are exceptional. Constant complaints over little things. Threatening emails from teachers sent to everyone not to the direct students. Learning far behind most schools. All these brand new fields, hardly used. Auditorium isn’t big enough for the school.

We have just finished our pre school experience and could not be happier. The teachers and paras that we have had have been absolutely amazing, detail oriented, loving, supportive, and provide structure.Our son has loved his teachers and has built lasting friendships. We can see his academic growth, as well as his social awareness and growth as a well rounded child.We have had positive interactions with administration. The principal is an absolute love who pours her heart into the school and cares for every child that walks through the door.We are very happy to have found OLA and share this with everyone.
