Staff goes above and beyond. Both my sons are with teachers who work with them to encourage them to do their best. My eldest has a learning disability, and without the strenuous efforts of the staff, I doubt he would be at grade level.

Posted by a parent on 1/13/2016My children have been going to this school since 2005 and we have never met a more dedicated staff. They really care for these kids and want them to do well. For a school of almost 600 it has a "small feel" to it.
Posted by a parent on 2/4/2011Grades 1 and 2 have been very good till now. I like the emphasis on reading and comprehension at such an early age. Overall children are allowed to be just that and not overloaded with assignments and homework.

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI have 2 kids in the school, and have found our experience outstanding. The teachers are engaging and work hard to inspire the students. Both of my kids have decided they want to go to college and have technical careers, which I think is great. The school offers many programs, which my kids have tried several. This includes sports clubs, robotics clubs, business clubs and many more. Ove 100 mentioned at our orientation. The school has been active in preparing kids for SAT exams, and providing opportunities for learning sessions for various colleges.I find the social environment great. The school embraces all different cultures and makes an effort to make everyone feel welcome. My kid comes home and share new things about many different friends that are from different countries and/or have different religions. It's wonderful to see they're all kids with similar interests. I heard about good stories about mount hope prior to sending him there, but they exceeded my expectations in all ways. Teachers are awesome and loving and caring. All admin staff are well informed, educated and dedicated! Lunch is delicious and nutrious with a reasonable cost. He happily reported that it is better than top notch restaurants he's eaten before.
