Atentamente,Ruth Marie Soto!
Posted by a parent on 1/16/2021I started as a 6th student there during the 2014-2015 year and graduated from that school as an 8th grader during the 2016-2017 year. The teachers and my classmates were very supportive of me and a lot of kids were being treated well. I currently go to an exam school.
Posted by a student on 8/29/2018The Haley is a wonderful INCLUSION school. The Principal, Angel Charles, really gets kids and what they need to learn. We are very pleased that our daughter is being treated so well. The community has really reached out to make our family feel welcome. Great teachers, specialists, and support staff. All the live animals in the lobby of the school are an added bonus!!!

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe’ve been at the Sumner two years and our very pleased, especially with the remote learning. If I could give the Sumner 4.5 stars I would (because hey no school is perfect and BPS facilities do need upgrading - though the Sumner has an amazing brand new playground). We’ve had two fabulous teachers and have been able to connect with other families. The school is large but I have never gotten the impression that it’s overcrowded. I love that the preschool classrooms are by themselves on the lower level and likewise the wraparound care for the youngest grades. I think the school and especially the parent council try hard to reach out to engage families and are especially concerned with doing so equitably, given how diverse the school is.Parent Review3y ago - Philbrick Elementary School

Other Review10mo ago - Sacred Heart School

The school's curriculum is well rounded and focused on the whole child.Parent Review4y ago - Pope John Paul Ii Catholic Academy Mattapan Campus

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI regret that a school that was a staple in the community for so long has fallen so low. It's safe to say once there was a turnover in leadership almost 10 years ago it started going down hill and the past 5 years has culminated into a disaster both financially and academically. You can't continue to rob Peter to pay Paul then turn around and not pay Paul either. Simply Sad.Other Review8y ago - Berea Sda Academy

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school is extremely unorganized. They don't seem to be modern. They don't start on time consistently. Teachers/staff walk in late at times causing parent to be late to work. No before school program. I like that the kids get to know about God however they can do a better job exemplifying Christ-Like behavior.Parent Review6y ago
