The main issue is bullying, now i will not like or beat around the bush, I have bullied my friend to the point that they tried and tried to talk to administrator

I contacted his counselor and set up meetings with both teachers, ELA Social Studies. I made several requests that they send home homework so I could see what the problem was. I’m not sure if they were hiding the curriculum or just lazy. The councilor was the best but the teachers and administrators were very lacking. The public school system needs to be reformed.
