My child does not like the school

Very bad school they can less about there student's. With a lazy counselor and no principal and the dean of students. Have a very nasty attitude towards the kids. They care less about the kids grades. The counselor never does have time for any meeting. If u to talk about u child grade's. Please get rid of the of these lazy grown people they only there for a paycheck nothing else

Overall I've enjoyed my experience with FHAE. I have two children there, and one that finished a few years back. Safe, engaging, love the arts programs... But more rigor and structure is needed in the upper grades (3-5). When my oldest left, there was quite an accelerated level of learning needed to keep up with the next grade at another academic magnet school. It wasn't just my child, witnessed the same from many others from FHAE.I'm personally challenging my next two to ensure they are able to transition more effectively.

I have three grandkids at Progress. MsPatterson, Ms. Bowie, Ms. Life and Ms. Garcia are the best Teachers. Ms. Franklin and the office staff are wonderful. I have not had any interact with the Principal in 3 years, because everything is handled through the teachers and Ms. Franklin. The bus for the green bus is awesome. Thanks you Progress.

i like this school i learn new thing but for someone to teach someone that is for the person at home to help them and sometimes that school is called the C school that is a great school................good luck ryan BYE

Horrible terrible and it need to be close

Great School! They provide all of the resources the students need to learn and the materials are shipped to your home on time. The teachers and staff are very kind and helpful in getting parents and students used to the virtual platform format. The teachers also make accommodations for working parents so that they have more flexibility in scheduling times to attend live meetings monthly. The school also provides a wide range of online resources and reading materials to support the student's success at every grade level, including an online library database with books that cover various topics and genres. This public online school provides a lot more than what the public schools around the small town I am from do. I enrolled my little brother into this school during the pandemic and have told others about it. He does not want to return to his old school because he loves the virtual school format so much more, including all of the books and fun materials they send. Learning should always be fun and this school does a great job of making it so.
