Bastrop High is a pathetic school. The whole school system in Bastrop LA is pathetic because it is run by stupid people. Advanced placement kids went a whole year without a teacher. The principal is never there. The school is filthy. The superintendent doesn't care about the system or the kids. The

A school especially a high school is a microcosim of the community in which iit is located. Bastrop is a small town consisting mostly of hypocritical "Sunday" Christians intolerant of the religious and non religious views

9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school has went nothing but downhill since getting new administrative staff when all the school were combined. This used to be a wonderful school but I wouldn’t let my dog walk through those halls now. The ignorance showed by staff here now is a complete disgrace. The last year my child attended at this school, she was bullied more by a teacher that thought her years of experience should throw my capabilities to be a mother and make decisions for my own child under the bus.
