Posted by a parent on 2/14/2022Any time I have needed guidance or help, it has been made available. The principal is sets a good example for the students. He has staff assisting with car duty in the mornings who also serve as greeters. Students are treated with respect and encouraged to do the same to others.

Enrollment is up because students are transferring from the county schools so they can attend this middle school and go on to PTHS. So much emphasis on academics and fine arts. My son is in the orchestra, band, Mathcou

Every teacher and staff helped not just my children but myself and my husband feel loved and appreciated. Is by far the best choice I made for my 6 year old- It feels Welcoming and like a family- They encourage parent participation in every way and you can tell the Staff really work together in a positive way. I feel comfortable having my child there 8 hours a day and know they are doing their best to provide the best education in a safe environment- 8 years ago when I had the chance to choose any school in the district- my first instinct was HLOE but I chose another and regret it now- But my 2nd and 3rd child will be attending HLOE and I know they will be in the best school in the Paducah Area!Parent Review12y ago - St. Mary Elementary School
