Collins Lane Elementary School

Poor. Has declined each year since preschool. We are in the process of starting 3rd grade at the Frankfort Independent School. A smaller classroom atmosphere may be better anyway.

My children aren't happy here. They have come home and told me things that have really upset me. The front office will not cooperate with pickup for after school things like teacher meetings and school events. I was warned by others and I can see I made a poor choice in this school.

The teachers and administration maintain strong communication with me regarding my daughter's learning. We are entering our third year with the school and the growth she has shown as a 5 year old is remarkable. We love the school community and it's involvement with the city and neighborhoods.
