Posted by a parent on 4/3/2014We experienced two other elementary schools before sending our kids to Merriam Park Elementary and could not be happier with the diversity of the school population, the dedication and retention of teachers, and the environment of the school overall. There are several apartment buildings in the area

Posted by a parent on 9/24/2010I love this school!!! My son had Mrs. Dallman last year and is in Mrs. Motti's class this year. They are wonderful teachers! My son can not wait to go to school each morning. Mrs. Berry (the principal) is awesome! She really cares about the school and kids.

One my daughter's had ADHD and ODD, they go above and beyond to motivate, build a relationship and accommodate her. Both girls are testing above average in state testing. I tried to bring my concerns up to the principal and she brushed it off. I got a call from DCF the day after I reported everything to the district. Not really a coincidence.
