Garnett Elementary School

I sat in my vehicle in front of this school waiting for the bell to ring to drop my own child off. Multiple parent's had dropped their kids at the unlocked doors and left which unfortunately is typical. As I sat there in my vehicle, I watched a little girl being hit in the face multiple times. I cal
