Western Middle School

Love the school and the teachers, lunch can be better.

We enjoyed Western Primary and Western Intermediate...but since starting this year at Western Middle School it has been a huge adjustment. Especially when it comes to special education needs. It is my understanding that there is only one teacher for this and I hear numberous horror stories from my student regarding the "help" she is receiving, or lack there of. What special education teacher places a special needs student's desk into the hallway forcing them to complete their work alone without even the option to ask for help if needed?! I have brought this up with leadership within the school and nothing has changed. Very discouraged and disappointing!

Ryan White - Nothing has changed in the leadership of the staff/school. I feel sorry for the kids that go to this school.

The leadership at the middle school is horrible. Teachers do not answer emails or return calls. The principal does not seem to want parents involved at all. The staff does not seem to care about the individual student. There is no flexibility! It's going to be a long year. I WILL keep FIGHTING for the students! I really regret sending my child there.
