The parent community is very involved at this school and the teachers are top notch! Staff are welcoming and try to match new students with the best classroom for their personality.

This school is the worst school I've let my children go to they allow bullying, and fighting, and they are allowed to flip desks, throw stuff, Etc.Also, the teachers in this school are very disrespectful to students, my son came to me saying that his teacher yelled at him for not doing his work because someone broke his pencil, he told me he tried to explain to the teacher but she wouldn't let him explain. You also can't learn at this school the kids are way too loud and you can't hear the teacher. There ain't no way my 2 honor roll kids' grades went down that much over 6 months. In my solid opinion, they learn better in 2020 when online school was in effect. So, you won't see me or my kids here next year.

I would rate our experience here (and every other IPS school we've dealt with) significantly below average.

My son attends and we have loved it!

My child came to this school behind reading level. After one year of partnership between the teacher and myself my son is on reading level and above level in math! I have always felt welcome and wanted in his education. This was not the case at his public school. I have always been made aware of what is happening on a weekly basis and of opportunities for me as a parent. This school also has excellent supports for Spanish Speaking families. Everything sent home is in Spanish and English. Although there is no transportation, the level of parent community is so high! In the event that a family needs transportation, the school and parents work together to help students get to school. The school also has an active an lively parent organization. My children alternate between home lunch and school lunch. The lunch is free! most importantly it is made at the school which adds a layer of trust. When my son went to public school, he hated it. He know loves waking up everyday to go to Little Flower. I have two children at this school and I plan to enroll the rest of my children as well.
