Posted by a parent on 1/28/2022this is the worst school my child has ever attended. not only the unprofessional, personal, and disappointing. i'm downright ashamed for the school and the child that she's ever had to experience such a vile place. obviously kids now a days are "left behind"
Posted by a parent on 1/16/2019As an educator at Crestview Elementary School, I am proud to be a part of the fine learning environment of our school. Teachers, Faculty, and parents are very supportive and dedicate themselves to continually improving the academic and behavioral success of our students. I challenge all parents to come visit and see the positive, everchanging learning environment within the school. Please take a tour with our principal, Mrs. Kim Brown, and let her share how Crestview has evolved!

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI would you rate your experience at this school very highly, but I get bullied a lot and since the person that would do it, has the whole class as their friend, they are on the bully's side. Nobody would believe me.Student Review4y ago - McKenzie Career Center

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school used to be a fantastic place where everyone felt like family. In recent years, it has gone incredibly downhill. While most of the teachers are compassionate, talented, caring individuals, the administration is lacking those qualities. Bullying is prevalent but swept under the rug; no official investigations are conducted. Title IX funds are being used but the laws regulating them are not being followed. Test scores are embarrassingly low. Several teachers either don't have a teaching license or are licensed inappropriately for the content in which they are teaching. The older students know how to (and frequently do) manipulate administrators into giving them privileges that other students do not have -- favoritism is rampant, especially among the young men. The church is running the show here, the school is definitely NOT a top priority. The school seems to be more of a money-making project for the church, rather than a mission to serve families. This is especially evident when you walk through the halls and see no evidence of learning (no student work, no banners, etc.). The "Head of School" is concerned more with the bottom line and how things appear than the emotional and educational well-being of his students. Not a single person on the administration team, nor the school board, has an administrator license. Most have never taught full-time (or even have a teaching license/been through a teaching program), yet they feel comfortable making decisions that impact classroom learning. My children wanted to be at this school more than anything. Then they couldn't wait to get out. Until there are major changes, I would HIGHLY encourage you to avoid this school.Parent Review1y ago - Heritage Christian School

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAt first, Heritage was great. There weren't a lot of issues when my child was in middle school. When they started high school, problems with staff became apparent. First of all, there is a huge drug problem at this school. High school students dealing to middle schoolers, parties with hard drugs run by students with no repercussions when admin found out. For a Christian school, the admin is not forgiving at all. Unequal punishments were quite common at Heritage. Additionally, the staff favored some students and did not face punishment for their actions. This school it taking away their AP and advanced classes and does not prepare the child for college. It is a school that is falling apart.Other Review10mo ago - Horizon Christian School
