Posted by a teacher on 11/12/2014Cornerstone Christian Prep School has an excellent academic and christian philosophy. Both of my children are from CPrep and started in the preschool. They were given excellent care, a higher level of academic and christian training.

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AveragePoor. They are the first acredited public montessori school, but student to teacher ratios make it impossible for them to flourish as a montessori school. Too many adults are interacting with each child with inconsistent discipline techniques, making it confusing for a child. There are too many transitions during the day with a special on each day, making it difficult for children to achieve the focus needed for montessori education. Standardized requirements for kindergarteners means that the children are separated from the 3-6 age block (and their teacher) for half of the day.
