Carriers of Light

We love St James as this is a wonderful school for our son. Classes are small ( which I really like) so each child gets a lot of teacher attention. My son struggled with reading but the teacher would spend an extra time on him so he is making a significant progress! He used to be a shy kid who would not want to participate in any event etc. But now he loves going to school, loves his friends and teachers.

I believe St Petronille has God and the well-being of the children far from their minds. Their classrooms have 30+ students, the teachers are overwhelmed, and the principal and assistant principal lack compassion and do not take accountability for their own mistakes. It seems their focus is on raiding money and cramming as many children as possible into each classroom. Values, kindness, warmth, honesty, and an environment that fosters community and Faith have been lost.

We are so thankful to have our children enrolled at St Michael. We know they are safe, happy, and having fun while learning. Their classmates are kind and the teachers let the kids be kids while holding them accountable for their behavior. Teachers are very engaging and truly care about their kids. Our kids love going to school and we love going to Parish events because it really is a community. 10/10 rating from us.
